As the property has a 3 star classification from Etoiles de France, the Tourist tax (Tax de Sejour) is €1.44 per person per night.

French 'What Matters' organic, vegan toiletries including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream
A welcome hamper with a selection of locally sourced, regional provisions including a bottle of local organic wine
Cooking and pantry essentials such as oil, vinegar, condiments, herbs, spices, sugar, flour
Espresso coffee and specialty teas
Organic dish washing tablets, dish washing liquid, laundry detergent, cleaning spray, cloths
Tissues, toilet paper, cotton balls
Coffee | Tea tray in every chambre
Water, electricity, gas. If heating is required a small surcharge will be added
A very detailed Welcome Book (digital version provided and a hard copy in the house)

For longer term bookings cleaning, including a linen change, can also be provided on a weekly basis if required.

The maximum occupancy is 4 adults.

The property does not accept children under 15 years of age.

The property does not accept pets.

There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property.

Check-in time is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is up to 12pm on the day of departure.

Payment is via direct bank transfer or via Stripe payments using Apple Pay, Google Pay or your credit or debit card

A Rental Agreement Booking Form, including the Terms & Conditions and an invoice will be sent to you.
Upon confirmation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount can be paid via electronic bank transfer or credit card (plus 1% credit card surcharge fee).
The balance is due 30 days before arrival or on confirmation if arrival is within 30 days.
A refundable security deposit of €100 is also required before arrival.
