The base rate includes usage of up to 2 bedrooms. If you wish to use additional bedrooms a fee of €60 per bedroom per booking applies.

For stays longer than 10 days a mandatory weekly housekeeping service, including cleaning and a linen change, will be arranged at an additional fee of €160 per cleaning.

Tourist Tax

As the property has a 3 star classification from Etoiles de France, the Tourist tax (Tax de Sejour) is €1.44 per person per night.

Stay Conditions

Available for rent from May to October.
There is a minimum 3-night stay.
The maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
The property only accepts guests over 15 years of age.
The property does not accept pets.
There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property.
Check-in time is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is up to 12pm on the day of departure.

Inclusions

Luxury eco and/or organic bed linen and bath towels
French 'What Matters' organic, vegan toiletries including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream
A welcome hamper with a selection of locally sourced, regional provisions including a bottle of local organic wine
Cooking and pantry essentials such as oil, vinegar, condiments, herbs, spices, sugar, flour
Espresso coffee and specialty teas
Organic dish washing tablets, dish washing liquid, laundry detergent, cleaning spray, cloths
Tissues, toilet paper, cotton balls
Coffee | Tea tray in every chambre
Water, electricity, gas. If heating is required a small surcharge will be added
A very detailed Welcome Book (digital version provided and a hard copy in the house)

A Rental Agreement Booking Form, including the Terms & Conditions and an invoice will be sent to you.
Upon confirmation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is to be paid
The balance is due 30 days before arrival or on confirmation if arrival is within 30 days.
A refundable security deposit of €100 is also required before arrival.
